All appraisal reports at Macintosh are prepared in compliance with the Appraisal Institute of Canada's guidelines.  Those detailed mandatory guidelines are known as the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the Code of Ethics of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
